Creative Housing Solutions has a large data base and a variety of selections to choose from… unique to the industry; apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes (in select locations).

Your accommodations are totally turn key (please see Corporate Packages for item details) and you will only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings you wish to have!

Most of our locations offer a 30 day check out notice. Please inquire for specific details/requirements of your location request.

Yes! Creative Housing Solutions works with pet-friendly communities in almost all cities! Please keep in mind that some weight and breed restrictions do apply depending on location. Non-refundable pet fees are required. Please contact us for information.

Yes, we can provide housing keeping weekly, bi-weekly, one time a month housekeeping as well as one-time cleaning services. Please inquire for pricing and scheduling information with your Creative Housing Solutions representative.

Most all of our communities and properties include a washer and dryer in the unit. Please be sure to request this with your Creative Housing Solutions representative if that is your desire.

We offer multiple-size floor plans for one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes ( in select locations). If you have a special request or question about what size accommodations are available in a specific location, please contact us.

You will find all the comforts of home in your Creative Housing Solutions furnished suite. Our suites include furnishings, housewares, linens, dishes, electronics, and decorative items. Utilities (generous cap), local phone service, internet and expanded cable are also included.

You will receive a monthly invoice for the upcoming month plus any additional charges for the past month. We accept all major credit cards (convenience fee associated), EFT payment (no fee associated), and direct bill to your company (please inquire with your Creative Housing Solutions representative to confirm direct bill set up).

Creative Housing Solutions will make your check-in as easy as possible. Your Creative Housing Solutions representative will supply you with all the details and instructions for checking in prior to your arrival date. We will also send you a map directing you to the community, a photo, and instructions for your lock box (if you are arriving after business hours). We will check in with you prior to your arrival date to be sure you have everything you need to ensure a smooth check-in.

Check in time is at 4:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please let us know if different or special move-out arrangements are needed and our team will make every effort to accommodate that for you.

Creative Housing Real Estate takes pride in offering consistent reliable service with no additional fees for the standard services that fall under property management. This allows us to act on behalf of the homeowner with no question of our resolve to simply provide the best possible service with the highest net income on their investment. Unlike other management companies we have not motivation to incentivize maintenance and can act in the interest of the homeowner with their knowledge that our actions are all in their best interest.

The time on market can vary from location to location however we have systems geared towards avoiding any vacancy for the homes we manage. Homeowners who follow our guidance operate between 0-5% vacancy. Standard timeframes that adhere to this are listing 30-45 days prior to the date of vacancy.
