Our services are available à la carte so you can choose exactly what fits your needs, timing, and budget. Each option is offered for a fee, allowing you to build a settling-in package that complements your temporary furnished housing or relocation program.

Step 1: Start with the Right Location

We begin with an in-person half- or full-day area tour to help you get acquainted with your new surroundings. Based on your preferences, we’ll visit select communities and properties, drive past schools within your chosen district, and highlight areas of interest, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Whether you’re relocating across Minnesota or arriving from out of state or overseas, our goal is to give you a clear picture of daily life in your new community before you ever move in.

Step 2: Define What You Need in Your New Home

Every temporary housing situation is different, and your home should reflect that. You can choose from unfurnished, partially furnished, or fully furnished spaces depending on your timeline and what you’re bringing with you.

If you’re waiting for your own furniture and household items to arrive, we can provide furnishings for just the period you need. If you prefer to bring only your suitcase and have everything else handled, we can fully furnish your space for the duration of your stay.
